Do you have rentals that seems to have a stale odor?
Dr. Clean treats odors on a molecular level from source containment to aerial dispersement. I hear all the time… I put that plugin thing in and it’s worse.
Odor treatment is something that is required on a molecular level not with masking agents. Our patented technology allows anyone to still be inside the space being treated – Safe, Simple & Natural.
This dispersal systems uses essential oils found in nature from trees, plants and flowers. The proprietary blend of ingredients neutralize all organic odors.
Treat atmosphere, contents, and structure simultaneously! The membranes permit the oils to breathe through the surface of the envelope, allowing a safe dry vapor to be diffused in the air.

Most people love having a pet but one of the most common concerns of our customers is pet odors in their home. While many people may think that all it takes is a little cleaning on their part, that does not always work well for a variety of reasons – especially when it comes to pet urine.
In fact, some customers are under the impression that hiring a professional to clean their floors of pet odors isn’t needed but here is why doing it yourself can actually make the problem worse. Here are some reasons you need a professional for pet urine cleaning and care in Tucson and how we work to combat the problem at its source.
Finding the Source
Some customers are under the impression that cleaning the surface of their flooring will eliminate the odors. The problem is, especially with carpet, the odor may have penetrated the surface and is now buried deeper into the flooring so that it is harder to get to and surface cleaning does not work.
Reactivation of Enzymes
Pet urine has enzymes in it that may become less noticeable over time but still has an odor to it. When a customer tries to clean urine smells out of their carpet without professional help, it often reactivates those enzymes and makes the odor stronger than it was in the first place. Instead of getting a fresh, clean scent from all of that hard work you did, you have now exasperated the problem.
Ignoring Hard Surfaces
Tile is often an excellent solution for easy clean up but it is not impervious to pet odors. This is because while tile is a hard surface, if the tiles were not sealed or the sealant has worn off over time then you have a porous surface that soaks up odors. The area where the grout is located is another porous area that tends to soak up pet urine and cause a bad smell.
Hardwood Floor Care
The problem with cleaning hardwood floors at home is that they need extra gentle care. This type of flooring is extra susceptible to harsh detergent or water damage and if your pet has already been using it as a place to go to the bathroom, you do not want to cause any additional damage. Hiring a professional means that you get someone who knows how to handle this type of surface and won’t damage your hardwood floors.
What We Do
At Dr. Clean Home Care, we have a treatment system that works well to remove pet odors efficiently and permanently.
The first thing we do is locate the source of the odor and find out how much the moisture has penetrated the flooring and how far it has gone. Once we have that information we customize a plan of action that begins with treating and cleaning the entire surface that is affected. Areas that have a higher concentration of smell is treated more extensively with spot treatment and deeper treatment.
High Tech Treatment
We utilize black lights in order to find the source of the contaminant which cannot be seen with the naked eye. High tech air scrubbers are used to combat the odors on a molecular level as well as filter the air. Last but not least, we use a product called Unleashed. This product uses odor encapsulates and enzymes to fight the components in odors like urine, feces, and other typical pet odors. This product works twofold – it fights the smells associated with pets and works on stains to remove them. Not only does it work on carpeted areas but it also works on hard, porous surfaces.
Why work hard to clean your flooring when you can have a professional ensure that the smell is gone at its deepest level? We’ll take care of everything for you so you can have a clean, fresh smelling floor.
